Rage, grief, fear, hard work, excessive sexual relations.

Sleepiness during the day, little exercise, laziness.

Food
|
Spicy, bitter and pungent flavors, most of the beans, and vegetables, stimulants, lack of food, irregular eating and fasting.

Acid, salty and spicy flavors, sesame and mustard dishes, fish, goat and sheep meat, milk, serum, fermented and alcoholic drinks, acid fruits, most of the green vegetables, fasting.

Sweet, acid and salty flavors, cold, greasy, heavy, emollient and demulcent food, sesame seed bread, milk, rice with milk, sugar cane beverages, fish, fat, vegetables, sweets, sweet fruits, integral flour, eating again shortly after eating.

Climate and other factors
|
Especially restless in cold, windy, and rainy weather, late, after digestion.
|
Blood is upset with the disorders of the fire and the frequent ingestion of incompatible liquids, oils and foods, sleepiness during the day, rage: exposure to fire and sun: hard work, wounds.

Especially restless in the morning and the evening; in winter and spring; immediately after eating.
